Job Description

I am looking for a Business Continuity Manager/Advisor for a highly reputable Healthcare company based in Woking.

Main duties:
– Developing and maintaining the Business Continuity Manager System to ensure effective implementation.
– Developing and maintaining the Incident Response programme.
– Designing and delivery training exercises.
– Advise the Crisis Management Team.
– Manage projects to ensure site wide resilience and security.
– Training and development of staff on a range of health and safety topics.

Requirements:
– A degree (or equivalent).
– Business Continuity Management, Incident Management, Security, and Health and Safety experience.
– Demonstrable Project Management skills.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Stakeholder Management experience.
– Training/coaching experience.
