Job Description:

My clients are currently seeking an e-learning developer/ trainer to provide e-learning services for clients and to deliver training and related support to Service Delivery.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required
Training delivery experience to group and one to one basis.
Course and e-learning design Professional training qualification/ membership desirable (IITT, CTT , etc).
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, in addition to camtasia, captivate and other relevant software used in the production of e-learning.
Some experience in HR and Payroll operations is desirable.

Main activities for the role will include:
Design and delivery of non product related e-learning, i.e. payroll updates
To produce e-learning interventions and deliver product training.
Assist in the design and delivery of product e-learning courses.
Manage the LMS system
Assist in development, design and delivery.
Create e-evaluation of system training to evaluate customer competency levels and identify training opportunities
