Marketing Assistant - London - Excellent Opportunity!

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant provides support and assistance in the development for the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects. The Marketing Assistant works closely with relevant teams with my client and will eventually work with a number of my client's Partners to ensure that the marketing activity is well co-ordinated and meets corporate marketing objectives.

The Marketing Assistant as part of the marketing will ensure consistent and timely activities are carried out to support the groups across my client.

Key Duties:

Tactical Marketing

Works with the Marketing Manager to prepare marketing campaign briefs

Executes the agreed marketing campaign activities

Prepares campaign reports and works with the Marketing Manager to develop corrective action as required to ensure ROI is met


Marketing & Sales Collateral

Helps to maintain marketing collateral, sales presentations and templates, ensuring the latest versions are always available

Regularly identifies and suggests case studies for the practice group's

Co-ordinates the printing of collateral

E-Marketing Communications

Helps with the build and distributes e-marketing communications such as event invitations, surveys and news letters

Corporate Website

Checks functionality on a daily basis
Automatically prepares updates to show new press, events and news
Regularly updates the contact form to capture origin of new leads

PR and lead tracking

Accurately monitor and capture all incoming, campaign and event generated leads

Record and file all trade and financial press coverage for all company.










InterAction Administration

Assists in maintaining marketing folders in InterAction

Conducts scheduled data analysis, ensuring target markets have relevant and cleaned contacts and information

Pulls marketing lists through InterAction and helps with cleaning data as required

Events

Assists with the development of event formats and manages the end-to-end logistics of events

Co-ordinates the process for my client's seminars and events including identifying target lists, sending initial e-mail invites, tracking responses and sending confirmation e-mails

Produces post-event reports

Marketing systems

Maintains a good working knowledge of my client's marketing systems

Competitive analysis and commercial awareness

Reviews competitor and press sites on a weekly basis.
