Job Description:

HR Administrator
Blackbushe, Blackwater
£20-22k

To provide accurate administration support to the Companies various branches and departments

Responsibilities/Duties

Act as first point of contact for employees, advising on policies and procedures and escalating matters to HR Managers where appropriate.
Check all New Starter paperwork is valid and correct prior to sending to payroll.
Compose Contracts of Employment for new starters.
Compose Change in Terms Contracts/Letters for any contractual changes and liaise with Payroll where necessary.
Update details on HR/Payroll system.
To request references for all new starters and ensure they are returned/received.
Ensure Exit interviews, Leaver forms and performance reviews are completed and /or documented.
Issue Staff requisitions for replacement and new heads to recruiting manager and ensuring relevant approval is gain prior to recruitment commencing.
Maintain appraisals records on HR system and appropriate spread sheet.
Administer Maternity file.
Undertake any administrative duties as requested by the HR Managers.
Act of first point of contact for all job seekers, advising on employment opportunities within the Company.
To coordinate advertising for all vacancies.
Ensuring all applications are considered by recruiting manager and that relevant interview records are maintained.

Skills/Attributes

Working towards or already CIPD qualified at level 3.
Previous HR experience
