Job Description:
Technical Team Leader wanted by an IT client of mine based in Farnborough to organise, motivate and mentor a team of 2nd/3rd line technical support engineers.
The successful candidate will be involved in day-to-day rotas, ensuring cover of core hour's inline with agreed SLA's, also acting as an escalation point externally & internally.
You MUST have in-depth knowledge of core TCP/IP, experience of an SLA Driven environment, 3 years technical support experience and proven team leadership skills.
Hands on knowledge of the following would be beneficial: Cisco & Juniper Routing & Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancing, DNS, VMware, Web Filtering, web hosting.
