The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing the regional marketing plan to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation activities and communicate with existing customers, through integrated marketing campaigns. As the Marketing Manager - you will work with the European Marketing Director to build a regional marketing plan, set goals, track and report on progress, and adjust the plan as necessary.
The role will manage the regional PR plan, execute database growth, and manage external agencies. You will work with internal and external contributors to build content and may be required to generate content.
You will be able to demonstrate successful campaigns and other marketing activities along with your own personal contribution to that success. At least five years experience running multi-national campaigns is required.
You will have extensive B2B marketing experience in a technology environment with geographically distributed marketing organizations.
� Have a business degree or equivalent, with good analytical skills.
� Minimum five years� proven experience of running multi-national campaigns and events across EMEA.
� Have proven experience of successful working in a globally distributed marketing organization
� Have proven experience of building and executing campaigns across the EMEA region with localisation as necessary (e.g. delivery in multiple languages, working with local, in-country agencies)
� Demonstrate personal involvement and leadership of significant EMEA campaigns
� Experience of Marketo (preferably)
� Experience of analytics and performance measurement tools to drive campaign and process improvement
� Experience with Salesforce preferably, or other CRM tool.
� Experience using social media platforms and content management systems are desirable.
� Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
