1st/2nd line Service Desk Analyst required by prestigious Thames Valley / Hants/Berks based client. You must have experience supporting Desktop issues and applications, PC / laptop problems. Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2007 or 2010 (Create/Administer User and Email Accounts), Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 and 2010, Windows XP and 7. You must be used to working on a busy Helpdesk or Service Desk and have good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
