Job Description:

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / SALES LEAD DEVELOPER � to �35,000.

As the SALES LEAD DEVELOPER, your primary focus is to move marketing qualified leads to �Sales ready opportunities. You will determine if sales are likely / ready, nurture the opportunity and hand to the Field Sales Operation.

For smaller opportunities, you will be expected to progress the sale and bring it to a close.

The role will be responsible for:

� Understanding my client�s product/service offering, divisions, competitors and status in the market
� Researching organizations
� Developing and passing applicable leads to other key members of the Sales team
� Foster relationships with key decision makers and influencers
� Drive potential customers to evaluation
� Setting up appointments and delivering custom presentations and demonstrations with the relevant team members
� Fulfilling quarterly set quotas

Job Specification

� Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and outbound outreach to small/medium customers and prospects
� Research and profile accounts to determine need and reach key influencers and decision makers
� Develop and execute a plan to nurture demand in the early stages of the buying cycle by providing relevant and timely information to prospective customers
� Based on customer needs, arrange appropriate appointments and demonstrations
� Arrange site visits where applicable to discuss needs and requirements
� Convert enquiries to Sales Opportunities via phone and email
� Maintain and track lead information, activities and results

Requirements:

� Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
� Technical and/or software background a major plus
� Experience with �salesforce� a major plus
� Excellent proven customer facing skills
� Proven record of reaching quotas/targets
� Ability to build rapport and strong working relationships internally and externally
� Resourceful self-starter who can deliver results

Proven experience of:

� Business to business sales
� Prospecting into enterprises with multiple buying influencers
� Lead nurturing and pipeline management
� Managing lead and opportunity pipeline and record strategy process
