Job Description:

The Telemarketing Executive plays a crucial role in the demand generation process. The main responsibility of this role is to identify and generate interest in my client's Software product lines, creating leads that can be further developed into opportunities by the Sales Executive


Responsibilities:

Generate interest in my client's Software product lines through cold calling into specified target markets and accounts

Follow up on marketing programs including events and direct marketing activities

Respond to and manage inbound telephone / email sales enquiries

Conduct a thorough qualification of all enquiries including budgets, timelines, business benefits, key decision makers and the decision-making process

Ensure expressions of interest / enquires are logged on the contact management system as appropriate and maintain accurate records of the outcome of calls and scheduled follow up activities

Analyze and report on effectiveness of all lead generation calling campaigns / activities

Conduct telephone-based market research as required

Expectations of the role

Enhance calling techniques by working in conjunction with and guided by the Sales Executives.

Provide guidance and data points on information from the market on relevance of messages

Identify areas for improvement in the demand generation process
