Job Description:
Our client based near Woking has an exciting opportunity for 2 Graduate / Junior Engineers. As one of the top 5 global companies in their field, they are keen to grow further and promote from within.
In this role you will need to be confident working on your own at customer sites, with confidence to liaise with customers and vendors at different levels. Including setting up some equipment for in house testing. First line support on the phone, in house testing of interfaces to other vendors equipment, site commissioning of systems or sales support of demonstrations at customer sites or exhibitions.
To be considered you must have sound technical skills and a BSc OR MSc in Computer Science or a related Engineering subject. Strong Networking and SQL skills are an advantage, as well as an understanding of programming. A second language would an advantage though not essential, however anyone with fluent language skills would be at a particular advantage.
The role will require international travel, potentially at short notice and there may be the occasional requirement to work over a weekend. A full UK/EU driving licence is required.
Due to the travel aspect you will be required to have permanent right to reside in the UK.
