Job Description:
Solutions Engineer / Pre Sales
Our client is currently seeking a Solutions Engineer / Pre Sales Consultant to communicate value proposition to technical and non-technical clients, including executive "C" level management, VP/Director levels, and end users.
For this role you will require:
2-3 years experience in IT or software industry required
1-3 years experience providing pre-sales support for software applications, preferably CRM or ERP
Experience working with third sector or not-for-profit organisations preferred
Comfortable configuring/customising and demonstrating complex software solutions
Proficiency in developing solutions with the following technologies: VB.Net and/or C#, IIS, XML, SSRS, SSIS preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
Experience of integrating API's and Web services
Knowledge of Business Intelligence, OLAP and associated reporting tools would be beneficial
