Job Description:
Technical Sales Support Specialist - Berkshire base - Up to �30,000 plus Bonus.
My client is a Leading Supplier of IT solutions. They are looking to bring on board a Technical Sales Support Specialist to join their Sales function, based in their Berkshire offices.
Duties will include:
You will technically assist the sales teams and customers in defining solutions.
Technically validate quotations.
Market and promote their IT Solution initiatives to Business Partners by telephone.
Build product and technical knowledge.
Telephone education and mentoring of technical specialist staff and clients.
2nd Line support for technical issues with Business Partners.
Requirements:
Excellent communicator
Team Player
2 + vendor accreditations
2 + years in a technical support capacity
Good knowledge of storage solutions
Good understanding of SAN and NAS
Ideally knowledge of CISCO and Datacenters.
