Job Description:
Network Support Analyst (x4) required by Surrey (Thames Valley) based client. You MUST be CCNA certified or studying towards qualification! I am looking for someone with good communication skills who has experience solving DSL, Leased Line,MPLS, ADSL, Broadband connectivity problems preferably with NOC, Call Centre, LAN, IP and TCP/IP experience. If you come from an ISP / Telecomms (telecommunications) background that would also be beneficial but not essential as would experience of working in a NOC.
