Job Description:
Senior Windows Operations Support Analyst (x4) URGENTLY required by West London (nr Hammersmith) based client. Essentially I am looking for candidates with good MS Server 2003 skills who has a good Exchange 2003/2007 appreciation. You will be responsible for monitoring the production platform 24*7 and escalating issues if not resolved to 3rd line support. You must have good platform troubleshooting skills! Non essential skills inc; Good networking skills, SQL, AD, using ITIL processes. You must be willing to work a 24*7 shift pattern and be eligible for SC security clearance.
