Helpdesk Team Leader

A leading Security provider have the requirement of a Senior Helpdesk Engineer to take on the role of a Helpdesk Team Leader. My client is a Managed Service provider specialising in providing Security solutions.

You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support as well as supervising the help desk team. You will be prioritising escalations and ensuring KPI’s are hit by the other members.
