Service desk Engineer – Windows 10

Would you be interested in working with cutting edge technology? Do you want to work in an award-winning team? I am recruiting for a global firm who need an experience service desk engineer to join an established team after someone has been promoted.

You will be working in a Windows environment providing 1st/2nd line support with Office365, Active Directory and Exchange. Being the first point of call you either have to resolve the issue or escalate to the correct team.
