Job Description

1st/2nd Line Engineer – London – Up to £25,000 DOE – Office365, Active Directory, Windows Server
Lynx Recruitment are currently looking for several 1st/2nd line Engineers to be based in London with an immediate start. You will be the 1st line of support for over 50 sites, dealing directly with end users and working effectively to resolve desktop, software and hardware issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing 1st through to 3rd line support and possess excellent customer service skills as well as a positive and professional attitude.
Essential Skills:
• Active Directory
• Windows 7 & 10
• Windows Server 2008 onwards
• Microsoft Exchange
• Good communication skills
Desirable skills:
• Iphone, ipad & Android support
• SQL administration and reporting
• Networking and server technologies experience
The role does require one week in three to be operate as “on-call” for any IT related emergencies across the group that occur outside of office hours, for which you will be compensated.
