Job Description

1st/2nd Line Support Engineer – Manchester – Active Directory & Office 365

As the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer you will be with a fast-paced MSP that are rapidly expanding over the course of 2018. They are looking for people who can add value and change to the business moving forward.

Essential Skill set for the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer;
• Active Directory – Ability to deploy a new domain controller within an existing domain
• Office 365 – Management of the Office 365 Portal and Users

Beneficial Skill set for the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer;
• Office 365 – Performed a Mail Migration
• Virtualisation – Management of virtualised environments
• Storage – Management of SAN volumes
• Networking – An understanding of how to segregate networks with VLAN’s
• Networking – An understanding of routing in larger infrastructures.
